First off, the process of buying a home given the magnitude of a decision is difficult enough, but then you throw in another country, and it seems so daunting. In comes Dave and the stress evaporates and it is the easiest real estate transaction ever. From the get-go, the level of service was top-notch, as though I felt like I paid an extra for VIP when in reality, it’s how Dave works, which is to pair up clients with a property that is their dream. If you haven't subscribed to The Avant Group's email newsletter, it's a must. This is probably the first time I have seen a real estate agent put so much value into their education/marketing platform. The videos are short with bite-sized vital information.
